Monday, 3rd Aug 2015, 3:33 PM IST The success of ‘Bahubali’ has made director S. S. Rajamouli one of the most popular film directors in India. And now, many Bollywood producers are offering him to direct a Hindi film. According to the grapevine, Karan Johar, who distributed the Hindi version of ‘Bahubali’ and has made heftier profits than his other recent production ventures, has offered Rajamouli a whopping amount of Rs. 20 crores to helm a Hindi film. Other producers who are eager to work with Rajamouli are Sajid Nadiadwala, Madhu Mantena (who has the remake rights of Rajamouli's ‘Magadheera’), Eros Entertainment's Sunil Lulla and UTV's Siddharth Roy Kapur. A source close to Rajamouli said, "Raja is being chased by every important producer in Bollywood, with staggeringly hefty remunerations. But when has he ever been swayed by money? He was offered the chance to direct ‘Rowdy Rathore’ by producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali four years ago. But, Raja was committed to doing ‘Bahubali’ with Prabhas. Now, he's committed to making the sequel with the same actor although Bollywood wants him to do the sequel with Hrithik Roshan or Akshay Kumar. But Raja is not tempted."
