Friday, 15th Jan 2016, 3:30 PM IST Yesterday, famous journalist Barkha Dutt launched her book This Unquiet Land. Present at this do was the ‘Queen’ star, Kangana Ranaut. At the event, the actress spoke about feminism, which forms one of the major topics of Barkha’s book. Kangana spoke about what it means to be an independent woman in today's world. She stated that she is proud of her achievement in the industry, more so because she is an outsider. In addition to that, she gave her opinion on male dominant Bollywood, where actors never age but actresses do. “Overtly ambitious women are looked down upon. They will make you feel that way. Men make us lose our identity. It is a trap. When a man says you are not 16 don’t hate it. We need to love ourselves. When I played a real woman, people loved it. Whether my character in Queen is 27 or 37, no one would have bothered but film industry doesn’t want to feel that way.” On Twitter, Barkha thanked Kangana and her guests. She tweeted, "Amazing evening. Thank you all for being part of the launch of #ThisUnquietLand in Mumbai."
