''Kya Kool Hain Hum 3'' is first comedy of new year 2016. Film had franchise advantage and very offensive promos. But film is facing stiff competition at box office from Akshay Kumar starrer ''Airlift''.

Film released across 2200 screens in India. Film opened to 30% opening in India and massy centers (Rajasthan, CP and Gujarat) were doing better on expected lines. Film collected 8.15 cr nett on opening day due to hype surrounding the film but film fell flat on day two due to negative reviews and huge appreciation to ''''Airlift''''.

Film has got bad reviews but that was expected for such films. Film collected 5.50 cr nett on Saturday which was 10-12% less than Friday. Though its not a really bad trend considering the genre but it means that after weekend it will struggle on weekdays. Film managed some growth on Sunday and it collected 6.50 cr nett lower than its Friday total.

Film collected 3 cr on Monday which was huge drop. Film got much needed holiday push and collected 3.75 cr nett. Film added poor 1.65 cr nett on Wednesday followed by 1.35 cr nett on Thursday.

Film has six day total of 29.65 cr nett. Film should have 34-35 cr nett lifetime. Below average!
