Sanjay Dutt has seen a life like no one else and replicating his life on screen is a task Ranbir Kapoor has been assigned to do in Sanjay Dutt biopic. Ranbir, however, feels it will take him 100 lives to replicate what Baba went through.
In a recent interview, Ranbir was quoted saying, "When Sanjay Dutt heard the story, he never asked for a change, which I think is very brave of him. I don't know how someone can live a life which has so many ups and downs. It will take me 100 lives to replicate it... He is very child-like, has a positive outlook on life in the face of hardships and tough times. He also has a very strong will."
Giving a hint that the movie will show Dutt in a positive light, Ranbir also promised that the audiences will get to see the real Sanjay Dutt rather than the image that is set in people’s minds thanks to the controversies revolving around the ‘Khalnayak’ and his imprisonment.
But do you know how did director Rajkumar Hirani get the idea of making a biopic on Dutt? It happened when the director went to visit the actor and was instantly hooked after hearing about Sanju baba’s beautiful relationship with his father.
