Monday, 28th November 01:00 PM IST DEAR ZINDAGI Had A Good Overseas Weekend ''Dear Zindagi'' released in 800 sites and 1200 screens which was quite a tight release considering lead pair. But this strategy paid off as film enjoyed super occupancy. Film was solid on day one and grew big time in metros from evening onwards. Film collected 8.75 cr nett on day one which was good. Film was not expected to grow much on day two but positive word of mouth and SRK''''s star power ensured 25% growth. Film collected 11.25 cr nett on 2nd day and 12.50 cr nett on the third day, growth came from north and Mumbai. Film had a good first weekend and has a 3- day total of 32.50 cr nett . Film surprised in overseas with fab opening in Middle East. Film clocked 4.0 million $ (27.50 cr) in 3-days in overseas. It is on the way to become a success, first after demonetization!
