Thursday, 5th Mar 2015, 3:01 PM IST Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is all set to make his acting debut with the film ‘Siddhartha’. But, the 66-year-old filmmaker-turned-actor says that he won’t act in any other film. He says that he agreed to work in this film because of his love for the debutant director, Mukund Mishra. "He shot the film on my terms, he is a younger version of me in many ways," Bhatt added. Bhatt liked the brave script and unique approach to a story of historical importance. The veteran filmmaker, who plays the role of a Buddhist monk in the film, says that it didn't feel like he was acting. "But I've realised that I'm not an actor and I will never be seen on screen again," he added. The movie also stars Shazahn Padamsee. Talking about her character, she said, "My character Nidhi who is a practicing Buddhist solves Siddhartha's problems and a love story blossoms between him and me."
