Tuesday, 3rd Mar 2015, 2:33 PM IST Anushka Sharma is all set to turn a producer with ‘NH10’. The movie was slated to release on 6th March, but it was postponed to 13th March. However, the film has not yet been certified, as the members of Examining Committee are having different views on the film. While some are saying that the film should be given an ‘A’ certificate with a few cuts, some are saying that they are not sure that if the film should be certified at all. Director Navdeep Singh said, "I have not been informed about what cuts they want. All I know is that some members found it too violent and didn't care for the abusive language. We didn't have a very long discussion. All I was told was that it would be referred to the Chairperson for a final decision." "At the moment I'm really confused about what's happening. I don't know what they are objecting to or what cuts they are recommending. I finally got a date for the screening from them after two cancellations. As of now, we have not been informed of any decision but are hoping to hear from them tomorrow. As long as the integrity of the story, characters and setting is not compromised, I'm okay,” he added. Anushka who is also playing the lead role in the film said, "We have made a very good film and I'm confident of the content. In fact, we're surprised about the delay and contemplation over the film." When the Chairperson was contacted he said that he has not yet seen the film. "If there is a difference of opinion amongst the members then they can refer the film to me and after that either the makers can take it to the Revising Committee directly or I could refer the film to the RC." When he was asked about his take on releasing the film, he said, "I can't say since I haven't read the script or seen the films. The files should come to me tomorrow with the recommendations of the board and after that we'll take a call on further action."
