Monday, 6th June 2016, 02:00 PM IST The revising committee of Censor board, Film Certification Appellate Tribunal (FCAT) has demanded harsh actions to the makers, in order to obtain the certificate. The makers of the movie went to FCAT after the first committee demanded some cuts. The FCAT now wants the word Punjab to be dropped from the title. Strangely, the Reviewing Committee is taking a view that the film is defamatory to the Punjab state. They are demanding a lot of cuts which are against the reality of the movie. Apparently, sources have indicated that political pressure is being put on the boards as Punjab elections are slated early next year. Now, the speculations also are that the movie’s release will be delayed and will be shifted to July.
