Thursday, 15th June 2017, 07:00 PM IST Salman Khan's 'Tubelight' is all set for release in India but the makers are not sure if the film will release in Pakistan on Eid. ‘Tubelight’ is stuck in the middle as it is not sure when it will be released in Pakistan. According to a source, CEO of Salman Khan Films, Amar Bhutala, said, “Tubelight will definitely release in Pakistan too but I cannot confirm a release date.” He had earlier said in a statement that “Salman has a huge following in Pakistan, which has only grown with the positive messaging on ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. We hope to release ‘Tubelight’ in Pakistan as well, and our efforts continue in that direction, but we respect the law of the land and judiciary if they decide otherwise.” The reason for this delay seems the number of films releasing on Eid. “Until yesterday, the distributor in our territory had not been finalised. We already have two major Pakistani films, as well as ‘Pirates of Caribbean’, ‘Transformers’ and ‘Mummy’ announced. There are limited screens and most of them committed for Eid programming." a source said. Let’s see what will be the fate of ‘Tubelight’ in Pakistan.
