Salman Khan's TUBELIGHT To Release On 5550 Screens

Thursday, 22nd June 2017, 07:40 PM IST The latest news is that Salman Khan’s ‘Tubelight’ is going to release on 5550 screens, that is 4350 in India and 1200 screens in abroad. 4350 screens make it a very big release. It will release across 1,200 screens abroad which makes it the widest release for any Khan-film till date and 100 screens more than S S Rajamouli's ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (2015) got 800 screens while ‘Sultan’ (2016) got 1,000 screens. It is also being said that Chinese star Zhu Zhu's casting will help ‘Tubelight’ to get a big release in China. Recently, Aamir Khan's ‘Dangal’ got a booming response in the country while ‘Baahubali 2’ is yet to release there. Distributor and exhibitor Rajesh Thadani expects ‘Tubelight’ to earn around Rs. 30 crore (in India) on the opening day and cross Rs. 40 crore-mark on Eid.
