Tuesday, 4th Nov 2014, 4:52 PM IST A song in ‘Tevar ‘ which was to be picturized on Arjun Kapoor created a disagreement between producer Boney Kapoor and director Amit Sharma, because of which that song will now have two versions in the film. First, Wajid (of the composer-duo Sajid Wajid) had sung the song, but Amit did not like it and went to Boney's office and requested him to rope in another singer for the track. However, when Boney heard the track he felt that Wajid has sung it well. This made both of them argue on the topic. Amit said that Mika Singh should be roped in to sing the track. Finally, Boney agreed to it and the song was re-recorded with Mika. But, here comes a twist, when they heard Mika’s version, they felt that Wajid’s version was better. So, they decided to keep Wajid’s version in the film and Mika’s version will be kept in the end credits. Talking about it, Wajid said, "Amit will decide what is to be done with both the songs. One of them will be used as a remix." However, Boney confirmed that Mika’s version will be the remix version. He said, "We have decided that Mika's song will be used in the credit titles as a remix."
