The actor asked the audiences to give a missed call if they agree that homosexuality should be legal in India. Well, this act of the superstar has got him in a legal problem. A petition has been filed against Aamir for promoting homosexuality. A Chandigarh court has sent a notice to Aamir for promoting homosexuality and wants his response for the same till 19th Dec. The petition was admitted by advocate Mandeep Kaur, the civil judge of the court Jaswinder Singh on 31st Oct, Friday issued notice to Aamir. In her petition, Mandeep alleged that Aamir’s conduct on the show was a violation of the Supreme Court order on homosexuality. She says the show discussed the lifestyle and rights of eunuchs and gays/lesbians, an issue on which the Supreme Court had already given its judgement.
