They were challenging a state high court order staying the conviction of Salman Khan so that he could travel to Britain for a movie. Justice S.J. Mukhopadhyay and Justice A.K. Goel reserved its order. They stated that Salman Khan's conviction could not be stayed just because it is a hurdle for getting a British visa. Salman Khan along with other actors of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ was accused of hunting the protected blackbuck in Rajasthan.
