“Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” Records 8th Best Weekend Of 2012
“Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” was relatively low budget film and had actors who do not command any kind of dominance at box office. But still due to high decibel and innovative marketing strategy by Ekta Kapoor, huge entertainment value and being part of successful franchise.
Film made on meager cost of 17-18 cr managed to cover its cost from rights and box office business of 1st weekend itself. Film had opening weekend of 22 cr nett and thus scoring 8th best weekend of 2012. Film is poised to do humongous lifetime business and will be in cinemas for weeks to come.
This is 3rd hit from Riteish in 2012 after “Tere Naal Love Ho Gayaa” and “Housefull 2”. Tusshar continues his successful run in comic flicks. Ekta Kapoor too is having golden run at box office as producer following back to back super hits in “Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai”, “The Dirty Picture” and “Raagini MMS”.
