Tuesday, 22nd Sept 2015, 2:10 PM IST Music Composers: Amjad-Nadeem, Javed-Mohsin, Tanishk Bagchi, Dr. Zeus Lyricist: Shabbir Ahmed, Arafat Mehmood, Raj Randjodh, Mavi Singh, Bhinda Bawakhel After making us laugh on the small screen, Kapil Sharma is all set to make his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’. The movie is directed by Abbas-Mustan and also stars Elli Avram, Simran Kaur Mundi, Manjari Phadnis, Sai Lokur, Varun Sharma and Arbaaz Khan. The movie will be releasing on 25th Sept and the music of the film is out. So, let’s see what’s there in store. The album starts with the track ‘Jugni Peeke Tight Hai’. The song which is composed by Amjad-Nadeem is a mixture of an item song with Punjabi beats. It’s a lively number and entertains us very well. Kanika Kapoor, Divya Kumar and Sukriti Kakkar have sung the track wonderfully. There’s also another version of the track which is equally good. Ratings: 3/5 Next comes ‘DJ Bajega To Pappu Nachega’, a foot-tapping track. The song impresses us with its massy beats and will surely make you shake a leg. Javed-Mohsin have done a great job with the music of the song. Wajid, Ritu Pathak and Shalmali Kholgade’s vocals take the track to a higher level. Ratings: 3.5/5 After two high-on energy numbers, the next track in the album is a romantic number titled ‘Samandar’. It’s a sweet romantic number with heart touching lyrics. Tanishk Bagchi does a commendable job with the music. The song manages to take us in a romantic mood. Shreya Ghoshal and Jubin Nautiyal have sung the song wonderfully. Ratings: 3.5/5 Moving forward, there’s a track titled ‘Bam Bam’. It’s an okay track and unfortunately fails to reach the levels met by the previous tracks. It is a disco number; however after a few minutes into the track it bores us. Dr. Zeus fails to come up with a good number. Voices of Kaur B, Dr. Zeus and Kapil Sharma fail to save the track. There is a remix version of the track which is pathetic. Ratings: 2/5 The next track in the album is ‘Billi Kat Gayee’. Once again this track fails to impress us with its mediocre music and not so interesting lyrics. Dr. Zeus once again disappoints us with his music. Rajveer Singh’s voice does no wonders for the track. The remix version of the song is strictly okay. Ratings: 2/5 And the last song in the album is ‘Hum To Yaaro Latak Gaye’, finally, a track by Dr. Zeus which entertains. The music is quite catchy and the lyrics very well explain the scenario of the film. Kapil Sharma has sung the track wonderfully. The funny touch in the song impresses us. Ratings: 3/5 Overall; music of ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ is good, but not one of the best albums of the year. Ratings: 3/5 Music Review By –
