Rajjkummar Rao and Mouni Roy Do Garba for MADE IN CHINA

By Nikhil Bisoi - May 10, 2019 The lead actors of the Mikhil Musale’s upcoming movie Made In China, Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy, will be seen grooving to the tunes of a Gujarati folk song. The actors will be recreating the popular Gujarati song Odhani Odhu for their film in which Rajkummar is playing a Gujarati businessman. A leading daily, in its report, said, “The song will be choreographed by Vijay Ganguly and will be shot over three days in the coming week at a studio in Mumbai.” Although the shooting of the film is complete according to a source close to the development, Producer Dinesh Vijan decided to incorporate a song that would appeal to the younger audience. Director of the film, Mikhil Musale has confirmed saying, "Yes, Raj and Mouni are shooting for the song. We are still deciding on the singers and will mostly be shooting on a scratch version of the track." Apart from Made In China, Rajkummar Rao has a number of films to be released in 2019. Next, he will be seen in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's Mental Hai Kya. The film stars Kangana Ranaut in the lead role. In another 2019 release Turram Khan, Rajkummar Rao will be playing Turram Khan. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film is a social comedy. Mouni Roy will be seen in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra. The film, which was earlier scheduled to release in December 2019, is now slated summer 2020 release.
