Tuesday, 24th June 2014, 05:10 PM IST Actress Sonam Kapoor put on a few extra kilos to play a curvaceous Punjabi girl in Arbaaz Khan-produced ‘Dolly Ki Doli’. But now the actress has to lose around six to eight kilos for Sooraj Barjatya's ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, where she stars opposite Salman Khan. The actress doesn’t have to go on a starvation diet, however, and can eat everything she likes from chicken and fish to salads, but in moderation. Sonam has her meals once every two hours. Sonam’s personal trainer Radhika Karle revealed that Sonam does pilates and 45-minutes of cardio, besides the usual ‘interval training’ that actors undergo. "It's a high intensity workout regime that will tone her down," Radhika explains. Sonam starts shooting for the film in July and is set to travel with her gym equipment so that nothing disturbs her workout regimen. "Soon,we will also begin swimming exercises," says Radhika. "While we were in Paris, she was trying to tempt me into having a chocolate croissant so she could have one too," she recalls. Radhika explains that Sonam has to fight her sweet tooth if she wants to lose the weight. So no chocolates for Sonam!
