Thursday, 3rd July 2014, 04:20 PM IST The first home production of actress Anushka Sharma, ‘NH 10’, has been pushed to early next year. The film was set to release on September 12, but the makers felt that there was already too much of the actress this year with films like ‘P.K’ and ‘Bombay Velvet’ arriving. "Although the film is complete, the makers wanted a date which offered no competition. Moreover, Anushka as a co-producer felt that three films in a year would be a complete overkill," a source revealed. With Aamir Khan starrer ‘P.K’ set to release on December 19,the Anurag Kashyap-directed ‘Bombay Velvet’ will release just two weeks before it, on November 28. Director Navdeep Singh said, "We haven't locked a date yet, but yes, the film will be pushed ahead. The producers are looking for a clear window. This year there is a clutter of big films and we don't want to be overpowered by them. It's the marketing team's call, they want the film to have a good run." The other co-producer, Vikramaditya Motwane, was asked about the release date, to which he replied, "We will announce a release date soon."
