Wednesday, 9th July 2014, 04:20 PM IST Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has hiked his fee. The actor will not be taking the profit-sharing route, but he will instead be paid Rs 50 crore for Ashutosh Gowariker’s period drama ‘Mohenjo Daro’.
We have learnt that the actor has quoted the flamboyant amount for the period love story. This has surprised everyone as Ashutosh is yet to find a studio to back him and the box-office fate of Hrithik’s next film ‘Bang Bang’ is still unknown. A source close to the development said that Ashutosh is already in talks with a studio. He further added, “The modalities are being worked out and the studio will come on board in the next 15 days. Hrithik's first-of-its-kind pay structure has been taken into account.” |
