Monday, 21st July 2014, 05:00 PM IST Anil Kapoor took time off from his shooting of Anees Bazmee's ‘Welcome Back’ to shoot for Zoya Akhtar's ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ in Istanbul. Shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s film was set to happen later in the year but was pre-poned because the necessary permission for shooting was obtained in advance. This in-turn affected Anees Bazmee's multi-starrer ‘Welcome Back’ which had to have its shooting stopped abruptly to allow Anil to shoot for Zoya’s film. When asked about this, Anees replied, "I see Anil's other commitment as a blessing in disguise. I got a chance to take a break from the shooting and edit what I've already shot. After trimming pruning and polishing the footage I like what I see. As far as the break in the shooting goes, aisa hota hai. It happens to all of us especially when so many busy stars are shooting together. I've completed 70 percent of my film. As soon as Anil returns we'll go back to Dubai later this month and finish the shooting."
