UTV is going aggressively with its business. And so after acquiring Shahrukh Khan starrer "Chennai Express", here is another big one.


Sources at UTV Motion Pictures claim the studio has bought one of the biggest films to be released early next year. That’s Rajkumar Hirani’s "PK".

Well, the corporate house has not bought all the rights; only the Indian and overseas theatrical rights. And now hold your breath – the price that has been quoted for these rights collectively is a whopping ` 140 crore.

Siddharth Roy Kapur, who is always available for comment, refused to reply to our requests to speak with him. Hopefully, sooner rather than later, the news will be made public.
