Friday, 10th July 2015, 3:57 PM IST Isha Koppikar, who was last seen in ‘Shabri’ (2011), is now all set for her Bollywood comeback with debutant director Ankur Narendra Bhatia's ‘Saangli’. The movie will start rolling in October this year and is slated to release in early 2016. The movie revolves around a female spiritual leader and her mentor played by Isha. Talking about the film, Ankur said, "The film travels from 1960s to the present day and Isha's role spans from 30 to 80 years." He also added that Divyendu Sharma of ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the film. Isha delivered a baby girl last year. Rianna will turn one this month. When the actress was asked that isn’t it too early for her to make a comeback as her daughter is small, she said, "Remember the famous Anil Kapoor dialogue, 'Time hota nahin, nikaalna padta hai'? I swear by that. I was shooting a film down South when she was three months old. She's older now and can come on the sets when I'm filming in Mumbai. And if there's a schedule abroad I'll take her with me. Being a mother is the most beautiful thing that can happen to a woman and I won't compromise there. One needs to strike a balance between one's personal and professional life." "Acting is my passion and cinema is in its best phase today with different kind of films being made. I think this is a good role to begin with," she added. Isha’s character will have grey shades. "But it's the situation that makes her character do what she does,” the actress reasoned. She is also planning to produce a film and is looking for a good story. "I'm reading scripts and hope to zero in on the right subject soon," she said.
