Here we bring you another EXCLUSIVE update on another much awaited film. Akshay Kumar is teaming up with the team of 'Rowdy Rathore' for film titled 'Gabbar'. Film is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shabeena Khan and will be backed by Viacom 18.

As we reported earlier that none other than 'Aashiqui 2' girl Shraddha Kapoor will romance Akshay Kumar in this biggie. But here is some interesting development. As per the sources close to production house, 'Gabbar' has been shifted to late part of 2014 and will not release as per schedule date of 15th August because another Akshay starrer 'Its Entertainment' is certain to hit cinemas on 8th August.

Not only release date has gone through the change but also the leading lady. Shraddha Kapoor will not be part of the film and instead production house is contemplating between two upcoming faces. Talks are on and going by the sources, either Shruti Haasan or Jacquline Fernandez will be paired opposite Akshay Kumar. This will be first film for both the actress opposite such a big star and that too opposite Akshay.
