Film should take moderate jumps over weekend and 7.25 cr nett weekend is on the card. Even in US, film has collected humongous 56 million $ over weekend which is almost equal to Disney franchise ''Big Hero 6'' and that is no mean achievement.

INTERSTELLAR Is Heading For Above Average Weekend




One of the most awaited Hollywood film of the year ''Interstellar'' released yesterday and it got wide release. Film is next offering from most celebrated director of our time Christopher Nolan after his last jaw dropping Blockbuster ''Inception''.

 




Film opened to 35% occupancy and premium multiplexes in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune were simply outstanding. Film was expected to take this kind of start but despite Bollywood films it managed to hold.





Film collected 2 cr nett on day one which is a very good number as its not a massy or franchise film which generally do well in India. Film grew on day two and collected 3 cr nett which is good but not great. Film has total of 5 cr nett in two days.
