They say where there’s a will, there’s a way. Well, Maneesh Sharma, the director behind successful films like 'Band Baaja Baaraat' and 'Shuddh Desi Romance', came to Tinsel Town with two dreams – to turn director some day and to direct Shah Rukh Khan.

Now that he’s been declared a successful director, it seems his biggest dream is about to come true. If sources close to Yash Raj Films are to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan has heard the story and liked it. In all probability, it will go on the floors in May or June 2014.

And if all goes well, this film will release during Christmas 2014.

Ranbir Kapoor’s 'Bombay Velvet' being directed by Anurag Kashyap is also scheduled for a Christmas 2014 release.
