After gaining popularity on the small screen, Sushant Singh is rapidly gaining success in Bollywood. The actor has projects like YRF and Dibakar Banerjee's ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshi’ in his kitty.

It was being said that in this film, Sushant will be playing the title role of Byomkesh, but the rest of the details were being kept under wraps. Now we hear that the assistant of popular designer Sabyasachi, Divya Menon, will be making her debut as an actress in this film.

Divya has apparently been roped in to play the role of Byomkesh's wife. ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshi’ is a period film based in Kolkata that will trace the journey of a young man who goes on to become a sleuth.

Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the film is slated to release on February 13 2015.
