Lyricists: Kumaar, Rashmi Virag, Manoj Muntashir Vivek Agnihotri’s “Junooniyat” is a romantic film starring Pulkit Samrat & Yami Gautam. Releasing in theaters on 24th June, 2016. Let’s see what’s in store for our ears. The first song of the album ‘Nachange Saari Raat’ reworked composed & Rapped by the Meet Bros.Sung by Neeraj Shridhar stylishly &accompanied by Tulsi Kumar whose treated voice sounds much better than it usually does giving it some base. All of it makes it an amazing dance track. Ratings: 3.5/5 ‘Mujhko Barsaat Bana Lo’ sung romantically by Armaan Mallik to Jeet Gannguli’s composition, is a regular track nice to listen to may be a couple of times but that’s about it. Ratings: 2.5/5 The next song in the album is ‘Ishqe Ki Lat’ is a classical rock number. Beautifully Composed & sung Ankit Tiwari accompanied by Tulsi Kumar who sings in almost two different voices one which a high pitched & her original & another which is slightly base like she did in the first track. The line Ishqe ki lat is catchy & has been nicely penned down by Manoj Muntashir. Ratings: 3.5/5 ‘Junooniyat’ composed & sung by Meet Bros & Falak Shabbir with various young voices as background vocals creating a symphony of tones; however it surely isn’t the best track of the album & doesn’t leave too much to remember & fails to touch your soul. Ratings: 2.5/5 The next track in the album is ‘Pagalon Se Naach’ composed & sung by the Meet Bros along with Khusboo Grewal is nothing much to rave about. Turns out to be a bit of a spoiler in this musical album. Ratings: 2/5 The final track of the album ‘Tu Junooniyat’ is an average techno paced song. Sung by Shrey Singhal & Akriti Kakkar. Ratings: 2/5 The album of ‘Junooniyat’ is a mix with some very nice romantic & peppy tracks. Sadly the title track fails to impress too much & could have been much much better.
