But, now Ekta Kapoor will be also sharing the profits of ‘Half Girlfriend’ with Chetan Bhagat and Mohit Suri. Apparently, Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures have come up with this new idea of reducing the overall budget of the film. According to the grapevine, Ekta will be giving Chetan Bhagat, the writer of the book Rs. 5 crores plus 33% of the film's profit and Mohit Suri the director of the film will be getting Rs. 10 crores plus 33% of the film's profit. And the rest 33% will be for Ekta. All three of them will be credited as co-producers.
