Detailed Analysis:
'Hate Story' was sleazy flick with no sense to it. It is unfortunate that film worked to an extent and now we have to tolerate sequel to that forgettable venture. Film has no plot and no screenplay. Like the prequel, leading lady Sonika Prasad (Surveen Chawla) goes through torture by Mandhar Matrey (Sushant Singh Rajput). She is a kept and has no hope left for her in life until she meets Akshay Bedi (Jay Bhanushali) one day in photography class. But Mandhar comes to know about this and he kills Akshay in broad day light and buries Sonika alive in a coffin. But Sonika manages to escape from there and how she takes her revenge forms the rest of the story. Performance wise Surveen Chawla delivers perfect act and she shoulders the complete film with an impressive act. She looks hot though she is not pretty looking girl, she looks confident throughout. Jay Bhanushali is as bad as it gets, he can not act and he looks out of the sort in a very brief role. Sushant Singh remains in TV show 'Saawdhaan India' mode and keeps screaming throughout. Rest of the cast is bad as it gets, there are hell lot of poor supporting actors from TV crime shows. Music is only aspect which keep you awake in cinema. Rehash version of 'Aaj Phir Tumpe' is chartbuster and so is 'Pink Lips' featuring Sunny Leone. Background score is tacky and so is editing. Camerawork is poor and dialogues by Girish Dhamija are corny. Director Vishal Pandya who tries his best to borrow from sequel but falls short to an extent. He presents quite a regressive cinema and never shows any real brilliance. Film released today and will get bigger release than all other new films. Film will get some competition from Bollywood's 'Pizza' and 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'. Film will lead among new releases but it will be tough to get decent total.
