Thursday, 28th May 2015, 4:27 PM IST After the success of ‘Tere Bin Laden’, the makers announced the sequel of the film. The movie which is titled as ‘Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive’ will be hitting the screens on 30th Oct. The movie will tell the story of 2nd May 2011, when the most wanted man in the world was finally executed. The sequel won’t star Ali Zafar and makers have roped in Manish Paul to play the lead role. Pradhuman Singh, who played Laden in the first part, will be seen in the sequel too. Talking about the story, director Abhishek Sharma said, "His so-called killing is still shrouded in mystery and I felt this story would give us a great narrative edge." "It's absolute farce! We're making fun of the war on terror, America's foreign policies, Pakistan's reaction to the global outrage and even the movie ‘Zero Dark’ Thirty that claimed to be a serious take on what exactly happened," he added. When he was asked, why the film took so long to hit the screens, he said, "We finally have locked October 30 as the date of release. The film required extensive VFX work and I got busy with another film in between - the Akshay Kumar-starrer ‘The Shaukeens’. We had to digitally recreate the silent helicopter which was allegedly used to land in Abbottabad, the sleepy town in Pakistan which is where Osama is believed to have been killed."
