Friday, 24th Oct 2014, 5:51 PM Arshad Warsi and Jackky Bhagnani are shooting for Vashu Bhagnani’s ‘Welcome To Karachi’. And Vashu has got a real Boeing 747 and fighter jet for the film. Few days ago, a robbery had taken place on the sets of the film and now the makers have hired a Boeing 747 for the climax of the film. A source said, "Arshad and Jackky's characters accidentally cross the border while sailing in Gujarat and have to make a dash back home. Vashuji hired a Boeing 747, tanks and a fighter jet for the sequence, taking the budget up by Rs 2 crore." Vashu confirmed the news and said, "We needed the plane for eight days, three of which were spent on preparation." Vashu added that the original plan was to shoot in Karachi but the logistics, including security issues, made them shoot in UK. He said,"We've created parts of Karachi in England but some exterior shots will be filmed in the Pakistani city. We plan to go there next month for a week. After that it will be pack-up."
