Saturday, 25th Oct 2014, 6:44 PM IST Music director Daboo Malik’s son Amal Malik, who made his debut as a composer with ‘Jai Ho’ starring Salman Khan, has now got several films to compose music for.
Recently, he got praises for the song ‘Naina’ from the film ‘Khoobsurat’ and now he has six to seven films in his kitty.
A good friend of Amal said, “It’s a time of multi-tasking and he has composed songs for T-Series’ ‘Roy’, Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Calendar Girls’, Milap Zaveri’s ‘Mastizaade’, Rensil D’Silva’s ‘Ungli’, Pooja Bhatt’s next, Sunny Leone’s next called ‘Leela’, and Nikhil Advani’s ‘Hero’. His strength is classical music, which is rarely heard these days, and as a result he is getting many offers from the new breed of directors.”
